Chocolates and Roses

It’s autumn. New school year and new beginnings for VCRW members and oh, boy do we have some new beginnings to celebrate!

We first toss a bouquet of red roses to Kaitlyn Schulz. She got “The Call”! She is now officially represented by Nicole Resciniti of the Seymour Agency. We’re so very proud of you, Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn will also receive a bowl of chocolate covered strawberries (Florida grown, of course) for her guest post at Romance at Random. Way to go, Kaitlyn!

We’re also tossing a bouquet of white roses to Jan Jackson for winning VRW’s Fool for Love contest for her romantic suspense manuscript Runaway. Even better: Keyren Gerlach of Harlequin has requested the full manuscript. Yea, Jan! A box of chocolate mini-cupcakes with extra frosting for you!

Diane Burke will receive a single, long stemmed yellow rose for wonderful review of Double Identity from the reviewers at Everybody
